hotpoint fdw20 pump not working

hotpoint fdw20 dishwasher has 2 lights flashing and will not pump water after the cleaning cycle has anyone got any ideas machine is about 3 years old?

pump blocked tip mc on side undo 6 screws from base access to pump .drain hose conected to it .the pump is a twist on and off .with a screw holding it disconect the drain hose from pump first.remove blockage from it .
