Hotpoint Aquarius FDW60 dishwasher fault

Hello, can anyone help me?

My Hotpoint dishwasher has just developed a fault - When you start it, the cycle starts as usual then it stops and the fast wash light and the delicate light both flash at the same time and the cycle stops. I have checked both inlet & outlet hoses, cleared all the grime from the outlet hose, but it still will not work.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You have a heater fault , tubular heater is found under the base.
