Hotpoint Aquarius WF220 error lights

Hi
This Hotpoint Aquarius WF220 washing machine has developed a problem.
When you run a program it fills with water stops briefly and continues to fill until I switch it off at the plug or the top light (mini load) and the on off light flash rapidly.
You can make it pump out and it will do a spin program.
I know these lights relate to an error code so can anyone tell me what they mean.

Error fo8. Heater relay on the pcb is shot. New pcb time.
