Hotpoint aquarius WF540 HELP!!!

Hi
Put my washer on as normal last night but now it wont empty. Even worse my best PJs are stuck inside it. It spins then the on/off light flashes really quickly and lights 2 and 4 are flashing. Any help would be appreciated.
