Hotpoint Aquarius WMA52 fault.

Hi, I've had my machine apart and replaced the bearings, now when i turn it on it looks like the cycle starts but the drum doesnt fill with water, it makes a kind of "filling noise" for about 5 mins then resets with all the lights on apart from 2 and 6.

Anyone know what this means?

common fault when not filling is a kink in the inlet pipe.
