can anyone help please as my washing machine which is only just a year old, has stopped doing the pre wash and the fabric conditioner, when it first comes on there is no water filling for the first minute and then it will fill for the main wash but at the end of the cycle the powder in the 1st compartment and the conditioner are left in the drawer, my clothes don't smell nice and I don't know what to do.
I took out the filter and it was clear, but there was quite a bit of water come out even though the machine had finished.
