Hi, I have had this dryer for about 5 years and it has worked perfectly. I switched it on yesterday evening and although the drum rotates and the heat comes on, it started to make a really loud noise which I can only describe as like a tractor engine running. Really not sure what the problem may be so would be grateful for any pointers or suggestions as to how I can find and resolve the problem. Thanks, Mark.
