Hi
I hope some one can help me.
I have been a complete spaz and removed a control module from a CTD40 with out noting down what wire goes where.
Dont spose any one has a picture they can post of a module complete with wires in it?

i was rushing to get the job done and forgot to take a note of it. Also scanned entire web for info on it and nothing

This is an image of the module in question.
Does any one have a hotpoint CTD40 tumble dryer they could post a pic of?

Or does any one have a diagram of the wiring to it?

Any help would be greatly apreaciated.

P.S its the post Apr 06 version

On the pcb marked j9 is the wiring block from the top pcb. Next to that is the float switch wire and next to that is the pump wires. Then next to that is j4 marked on the pcb. 5 is blue 4 is orange 3 is brown 2 is red 1 is black. This is the block from the heater. On the edge of the pcb next to j4 and j3 is 2 block wires from the front Ntc. Next is j3 1 is black/ brown 2 is red 3 is blue. J11 is 2 black wire 1 is green/ yellow. J10 the last one 1 and 2 is mains in from suppressor. 3 and 4 are the door switch plug.

Hi Thanks for that.

I have a few problems though. 1st problem

I only have a single Wire from mains supressor that is currently on slot 2 of J10. slot 1 of J10 is empty and i have a single Blue wire not plugged into anything coming from the heater/stats. This blue wire could also be the one that goes to slot3 on J3 as i have on J3, 1 black wire in 1 going to the negative on Motor and in slot 2 i have the red poss going to the motor. In slot 3 i Have a pale blue wire witch goes to a white wire to the motor.

can you expand on this at all?
Many thanks for your help you are a star

Slot 2 of j10 is brown wire live. Slot one of j10 is neutral blue wire. Blue wire from heater goes to j4 number 5. J3 number 1 is black / brown from motor , no2 is red from motor. No 3 is blue from motor.
