hi there could someone tell me why my hotpoint df 61 dishwasher is so very very noisy on the cleaning mode. its been noisy for a while now ......and last night it didnt put any water in it !! mrs is now having to wash dishes in the sink .....oh dear ! your thoughts please . many thanks jimpy . ps also ive seen a pump on ebay really cheap ...how easy are these to fit or is it a specialist job? cheers .

most likely to be the wash pump noisy and now seized giving the impression of not filling.New wash pump £150 plus, pumps on ebay seem to be drain pumps.If its less than 5 years old get hotpoint out for free parts,though hefty labour charge.
