Well the old Hotpoint went to Washing Machine heaven and now we have a Hotpoint AQXXL129PI
Was installed in the same poosition as the old one
When the Machine spins there is a terrible banging from the Drum hitting the inside of the machine.
I checked the drum when the machine was empty and its possible to move the drun back and forward and it seems very loose and easy to move from side to side.
you can make it Hit the side of the machine with little effort
The Machine seems Level but will check again
Its 1 inch away from the wall on the left and 1 inch away from the Dishwasher on the right
Does this sound like a Levelling problem or something else
Any ideas ???
