First sign of not working was the soap compartment not opening, which ever cycle you select the Eco light is flashing when it finishes and it doesn't seem to be getting hot. Filter is clear. Any suggestions?

is there any water in the base ,yes its intergrated tip forward if no water comes out heater u/s .

As you say it's integrated so not sure how to tip it forward but there doesn't appear to be any water in the bottom, there is water in the filter compartment when you lift the filter out.

Easy way to do it is look at the lower panel at the bottom and you will see 2 black caps remove them and shine a torch in there you can see right in the base , in no water is in there heater is shot.
