HI. The machine is running on all cycles until it starts to empty on the last rinse and should empty itself. It goes straight to stop and keeps the door locked. The start and pre wash lights light up together about every minute or so. Once the door unlocks the washing is still soaked. I took the back off and emptied the machine through the hoses. They all seem fine. Any ideas whats wrong ? Desperately need to fix it as I have three young kids !!! Thanks.
