The drain hose snapped on my SDW80 dishwasher - luckily I heard it leaking before it got to the main empty! I've ordered a replacement hose, but was wondering how I will actually go about replacing it? I can see I'll need to do some unscrewing, but am unsure where to start.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Tip it upside down. Undo the 6 screws on the base. Pliers to undo the old hose. 10 min job.

Thanks for the speedy response! Just need to wait for the hose now. Got to love this forum.

All went well until powering up again, to get the AL01 (water leak) error. Checked the leak float switch wasn't activated, it wasn't (there is no water in the base either), so I guess perhaps the wiring has been broken during the hose replacement :(

Did you pull the plug of the float. Is it fitted the right way round.
