Hotpoint Washing Machine Fault

Does anybody know what the error is on a hotpoint wf560 washer when the on/off light flashes rapidly and at the same time the 'mini load' light (5th one down) is permanently on? The machine starts a wash cycle and takes in water and powder for a few minutes then just stops and the on/off light starts flashing and the mini load light comes on.
