My Mum's machine won't fill or start and lights 1 and 2 are flashing (as well as the on/off light flashing rapidly).
Another forum post from Rocks1 (thanks) says that this means "communication error". Is there anything that I can do about that, or is it a job for an engineer? I'm fairly comfortable with electrics but I don't want to do more harm than good by poking around where I shouldn't.
