Hotpoint WDL520 Flashing lights

Hi there

The 5 lights running along the control panel all start flashing after about 5 minutes of the dryer been on (super wash, extra rinse etc).

The vertical lights dont flash.

Will this be a case of replacing the C17 relay?
 
No not c17 on this one clean the condenser box out it's poss full of fluff.
