I have the above hotpoint washer/dryer, Recently i had to call out somebody to fix it as it was leaking, a lot, turned out there was a blockage from dog hairs(we have a huge german shepard, so it was inevitable at some point there would be a build up of dog hair) anyway, its happened again, the same thing is happening with the water leaking from same place and what not, so how do i unblock the sump hose(which is what im told is blocked) without having to call out an engineer?????
Im new to this living on your own and fixing things thing, so simple instructions pleaseeeee
