Hi all,
my washing machine will not work --- I do all the usual things --powder--softener put on to number 5 turn on ------ the door locked does not light up but thewash light does and thats it the washer does nothing after that. ( the door kocks ) please help

Are you sure that the door is locking in place and nothing is trapped at the door?
If the door is locked, no light on door lock, check the motor brushes they could be worn!
