I've looked but cant find any queries, here regarding flashing lights on the washing machine that pertains to my troubles.

I've got the "Reduced Creases"(2), "Rinse Hold"(3) and "Mini Load"(4), flashing like mad along with the On/Off button.

I turn it on, the drum will go round for a little while. It sounds like it's taking on the water fill, but then the lights start flashing and the only way to turn it off is to unplug it from the mains.

Has my machine has her chips or is there a way out of it?

Many thanks for any help in advance

LB6.

Wow - Thanks Rocks for the fast reply. So, going by your list, F07 is Heater Relay. Is that an easy job to do, or does it mean getting someone out to fix it, or buying a new machine, do you know?

Check the heater with a meter, if you got 25ish ohms then heater relay on pcb is faulty. Emw in Nottingham do recons for 45.00 or call hotpoint all in parts and labour about 110 choice is yours.
