Hi guys (and gals)
I've been reading on and off for a while and always find the help on here very useful, but not i'm a little stuck and have to ask for help.

My WF560 is making a strange noise and will not release the door lock.

The light for mini load is flashing (number 4 from the top) and the on/off light is flashing as well.

I've read elsewhere on this forum that it could be the pump?
I've removed the kick board and found it blank, removed the panel from around the back and found a black sump? with heavy duty white clips on it.
I've removed the clips and removed the back sump? and found some slimy white gunk.
All cleaned up on put back together, but to no avail.

The noise is kind of like a pump spinning with not enough water (maybe just my imagination) i've checked the inlet valve and am currently wearing the water to prove it's still letting in.

Anyone got any further ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Error Codes

f01 light 4, motor triac
f02 light 3 motor, jammed/ tacho
f03 lights 3&4 Ntc fault
f04 light 2. pressure sw stuck on empty
f05 lights 2&4, pressure sw stuck on full
f06 lights 2&3, N/A?
f07 lights 2&3&4 heater relay
f08 light 1. heater relay
f09 lights 1&4 eprom/setup error
f10 lights 1&3, pressure switch not sensing
f11 lights 1&3&4, pump/draining error
f12 lights 1&2, communication error
f13 lights 1&2&4, dryer ntc/ fan motor
f14 lights 1&2&3, dryer heater
f15 lights 1&2&3&4, dryer heater relay
f16 N/A
f17 light 4, door lock
f18 light 3 comms error (3 phase motor) power board

So in this instance with the second light flashing the error code would be f04 light 2. pressure sw stuck on empty

not the pump motor triac on pcb gone .exchange board time from here

Rocks1,
Thanks for the quick response, but qt the risk of sounding dumb.

Huh?

I don't quite get how you got to that.
What's a f04 light2?

yep you got it 4th light flashing means error code fo1 .code fo4 light 2

so, the "f04" is because the light is the 4th in the sequence.
and the "light2" is because there are 2 lights (the power and the 4th light)?

Is that about right?

How does that get to timer modules?

always ignore the power /on/off light .the light flashing on yours the 4 th light down on the lights panel that error is code fo1 . pcb is at the back were the filter is on the left incased in white plastic . ie light number 3 flashing down the panel means error fo2

2 possibilities wires broken off the ntc on the heater found at the back under the white cover, or most poss pcb fault.
