Hotpoint WM64 not spinning

My 6yr old hotpoint aquarius 1200 will wash ok but not spin, have changed brushes and checked all pipes and filters. It will turn slowly during spin but not build any speed any ideas?

Hi had problems with washers in the past not spinning on any spin cycle, your problem could be the brushes in the motor worn, my problems always turned out to be some component gone on the circuit board
