hotpoint wm64

I have a Hotpoint wm64, the thing blew the breaker and then went dead. i have replaced the door switch and soldered a wire to replace a burnt out track on the circuit board. The washer then sprung to life, but the thing will not spin. I then changed the brushes on the motor but that hasn't changed anything. Can't find anything else wrong so it may be a call out job
