Concrete block inside machine sounds like it is loose. Is this possible? If so, how can I mend it?

take lid off and tighten it up

I've taken the lid off and the block isn't loose. The two springs that hold the block don't seem very strong. It could be the shock absorbers. Any idea how I go about replacing these?

the 2 springs should be clipped to the end of the cabinet,front and back .to change suspension tip mc on side undo 13mm nut on the base push up the suspension tube and pull down though the base fitting in reverse order
