Hotpoint WMA61 Problems

I have a Hotpoint washing machine WMA61. The machine displays the RED TAP and bleeps approx 5 mins into the cycle. If I press START to continue it overfils from the drawer.\r\nI have changed the pressure switch and removed and cleaned out the drain unit on the other end of pressure switch pipe but ..... still same fault !!
Can you help ???

is the cold water turned off also check in the despenser is the blue flap in the down postion .
