HOTPOINT WT761 WASHING MACHINE ERROR F-07

Hi, My Hotpoint WT761 washing machine has displayed an error message F-07. It will let be restart the cycle but gets stuck on 1minute left.
Anyone know what the problem/solution is?

Check the filter if that's ok then wash heater is faulty.

The filter was full of coins so i cleaned it out and the problem still exists.
Assuming its the heater thats faulty, what's involved in fixing this?

If the filter is at the back then the heater is next to it. It's got a 10 mm nut and 3 wires and 2 blue ones it pulls out once nut is undone.
