Hi I have a 130 year old property and have damps issues I have taken the plaster off the walls and have tanked the walls with waterproof slurry I Have opened up the floor to replace rotten joists and the timber on the sleeper walls is also rotten but i have found the the floor joist are only 4*2 but the sleeper walls are 6 ft apart would you recommend that I install some new sleeper walls if so how far apart
