How can I adjust my hot water temperature?

I live in a 2004-built house with a modern hot-water tank system (seems combis are out of favour). It's not a type of system I know anything about so I've taken a bunch of photos!

Recently we had a servo-controlled valve replaced as our central heating wasn't working. Since then our hot water seems a lot cooler than it was - it used to be really hot now I can easily hold my hands under the hot tap and when running a bath I barely add any cold water at all.

I don't know if the new valve might have impacted something, or if the engineer just did some tweaks to the setup while working on it, but I cannot find anywhere anything that looks like it would affect the temperature. Surely this should be adjustable somehow?

Can someone help me identify what type of system this is and where I might look to adjust the hot water temperature for the main tank?

You have a (schit) heat only boiler with an unvented cylinder. Installed and lagged by a blind man.

Anyway - the hot water temperature adjustment is behind the panel with the sticker marked "important".

Read what's on the sticker before opening the panel.

Thanks. Problem is I can't find a switch for the boiler - the cable goes into a white box with no switch, and my main fusebox doesn't have "boiler". Or would the switch by the actual gas boiler in the kitchen also turn off power to the heating tank in this cupboard?

I very carefully opened the plastic cover touching the outside only to take these photos, making sure not to go anywhere near those live wires:

Is it that little screw I'm after - similar to a fridge just turn it up a touch and see?

Am I the only one who sees the no entry signs on the OP's postings?

Seems that Dan can see a picture of the cylinder too.

I only see the picture of the schit boiler.

I've hosted them on Google, wonder if it relies on you being logged in to a Google account. Sorry if that's the case

I do see the schit boiler photo though!

Don't like Google or any other site that wants to live with me!

Photo issues aside - thanks Dan it has actually made a big difference. If anything it's now a bit too hot and I might need to tweak it back.
