I have had an Ariston unveted boiler fitted to my flat, it is a complete new instulation, but has been preasure tested.
My plumber is useless and has now vanished, how do i turn it all on myself?

I have a new water supply coming in which is turned off at the stop cock, i have a tap at the end of every pipe and every pipe has a service valve fitted. The boiler is wired to run on Ecomony 10 and has a main switch if it is needed during the day. The boiler is only running my hot water system as the central heating is electric.

I'm sure it is more complecated than just turning the stop cock on, but is this something i could do myslef and if so how do i go about doing it?

Basically you cannot.
You need a competent G3 certified plumber to commission your unvented hot water cylinder as they can be dangerous just like an old steam pot.

The installation should also have beeb notified to the local authority.

Get someone qualified in to test all the safety systems are in place and working.

HI

you cannot commission unvented system.it is a good system if all well
otherwise it can be dangerous.get another qualified engineer.also not all CORGI engineers are allowed to work on it.they need additional qualification for it.
