How do I open this

there is a gu10 inside this glass light housing in the shower cubicle. How do I open it. Doesnt want to unscrew

Difficult to say for sure without being able to identify the fitting and therefore getting access to the MI's, but I'd be checking to see if it has either a grub screw somewhere on the chromed ring or it has been silicone sealed to the wall... Or both.
