How do you make a gate like this?

I'd be inclined to:
-make the frame pieces ready, and dry assemble
-put the t & g together, and clamp
-put the frame on top of the t & g (make sure you're happy with the angle of the diagonal - I don't think it matters what it is - as long as it looks good to you, and that the angles on both sides of the gate match)
-use the inside of the frame to mark the cut lines for the t & g and cut them.
