How do you terminate SWA Cat 6 Armoured cable

As Harry has said, it's only a belt and braces approach.
If there is an outer screen and it is not connected to earth then it has the possibility to absorb emi and transfer that to the inner wires.

So imo if there is an outer screen it must be grounded, it's not worth not doing so.

Not my area of expertise (not that I have one anyway), however, I did see conflicting advice on reddit with some people saying that earthing at one end only could potentially make the SWA act as an antenna. That said, others said that earthing at both ends could cause problems if one earth is more effective than the other end. I dunno...

Yes there are potential pitfalls with earthing a shield around cables, as has been mentioned - if both ends are earthed then there is apotentialfor the shield to be used as an earth should there become an earth fault. There are others.

However in this case, even if the outer was used forearthing it's moe than capable.

The best way to do it is to earth both ends (best if there is an inner cpc too) according to a video I recently watched that showed the difference it all made to rejection of emi.

On that point, we will have to disagree! Earthed at both ends, can promote interfering current flows, an earth loop, which I have come across numerous times.

Earth loop current does adversely affect the transmission of data along the cable

It will not improve it. Generally, it's a matter of best practice, and best practice is to never ground both ends of any sort of communication cable, audio cable etc., thus avoiding any chance of problems from current flowing along the screen.
