How long can a 'T' be

Im currently hanging radiators and plumbing for heat.



The boiler uses mixer valves with a flow and return.


Of what we could call the 'primary' flow and return circuit I need to run a T, I'm doing this in 22mm also before dropping the last 2m to 15mm. Whats the max length off the T of the main flow and return I can use? (22mm).



boiler connections are 28mm, I'm running about 4m of 28mm from the boiler then going down to 22mm.

Hi Terry

35kw biomass boiler. Heating circuits are done off blending valves. Controls are all built into the boiler

the planned t is feeding 3 radiators, combined 14,000 btu.
