I have a Vokera Options combi boiler and a rubber O seal has gone - I have now been waiting for a replacement part for 14 days (OK - that does include weekends).
Is my engineer just stringing me along and enjoying the thought of me freezing or can it really take this long for a part to arrive - do I just get rid and find someone else or is the delay genuine?
Thanks :?

sounds excessive to me but Vokera are not known for their quality or customer service. I have several boxes of o rings on my van, have never had to order any induvidually.

He actually got the part the very next day, however he is keeping it back just to annoy you & make it seem like they have to make it specially for you so it will cost more. :D :D
