Hard to say exactly without knowing the length and width of the ceiling, but 4 or 5 should do it, as a standard roll of Anaglypta will cover just over 5m².
The reason why you need the length/width is to work out how many lengths you will be able to get out of a roll. You don't really want to be joining pieces in the middle of a ceiling.
If your ceiling is more than 5m in one plane, you will only get one full length out of a roll if you hang it in that direction, so you would be better running it across the shorter plane to get more lengths out of the roll.
