How soon can I tile over Permaseal Damp Proof Paint

Bathroom stripped and replastered. Need to tile, so will paint two layers of Permaseal (by Permagard) first.

Can all tile adhesives be used on liquid membrane water proofing applications like this? And can I do it the same day?

The MI (manufacturer's instruction) say it should be finished off with a render coat, then D&D PBs or multi finish, does not say you can tile straight on to it.
