I might be going somewhere in the EU for a holiday this year. Only thing that’s putting me off is that I’ll need a green card for my car insurance, an international driving permit, a visa, something to replace the EHIC card and of course, I won’t be able to use my mobile without paying a bloody fortune. Oh, wait……….no, I won’t, will I?

Every country in the world has dodgy businesses, the EU is no execution, but those dodgy businesses won’t be selling into EU markets with tight food standards…..no Sir, they will be exporting the dodgy meat to Brexit Britain which has no border controls.

Only certain countries/trading blocs will have the ability to do that...
Smaller countries (the UK included) don't have the clout to reorganise their economies in such a way...
Then there are the other links such as the military supplies required given the reliance in many places on the US for their hardware...

The UK Customs and Excise was largely dismantled after trade with our nearby partners was opened up after joining the EU, and we don't have the staff or the organisation any more. So stuff just rolls in uncontrolled.
