How to check that an Immersion Heater is on a dedicated circ

Turn all fuses/MCBs off except for the immersion.
Check if anything else is still energised
or
Disconnect the immersion. Measure resistance across line and neutral on the immersion circuit at the consumer unit. If there's no resistance then theres no other load that is switched on.
