How to connect to copper tail?

Even with flexis, the socket I posted an image of is leaking everywhere.

I think safest option would be to use the copper tails, with Jet Blue mentioned above, with the flexis going round the bend. I will try this after work once I get to screwfix to get some Jet Blue.

Do the job properly

1. Turn off mains.
2. Remove the isolation valves from the two copper pipes
3. Extend the copper pipes so they go closer to the tap holes so that your flexis can reach (by soldering or pushfit)
4. Put new isolators on the extended pipes
5. Connect your flexis

PS no need to use ptfe if you do it properly

Hello... If the tap comes with solid copper tails... Why introduce flexis??? Answer = coz it's an easier DIY job!!!

Bit harsh, got to start somewhere I’ve sorted the taps now got to put the waste and pipes back together thanks for all the help
