Can I please have some advice about repairing a crack on the terylene rendering of my old cottage. Last rendered in 1978.

My local DIY store told me not to buy sealant, but instead something called Mastic that I have not been able to find.
Unfortunately it's been over 5 years since painting and so I can't get my remaining paint to match the weathering.

Geocel is a good product as it is part of the Dow Corning group that in my opinion make the best silicon products on the market...But also remember you are not repairing the crack you are covering it over, it may last a long time or if any water has got underneath it it may freeze up and blow the render at a later stage.. Your choice ;)
