How to level an outbuilding Floor with big slope

I am making good progress insulating my shed that I constructed on the same footprint as the original shed and garage so as not to antogonise the planners.

The floor slopes about 5" left to right from this photo and water comes in on the right hand side, underneath the concrete gravel boards that form the lower portion of the wall that are against a raised portion of soil

I want to put in a solid floor, but I only have about 1/4" on the left hand side. What is the best way to fill the floor? I do have some leftover porelain patio tiles that I was considering using as a proper floor, but I don't have enough to do the whole shed-arage. I'm looking for a solution so that I can make a final finish choice at a later date, but i really need to level the floor and stop the water ingress

If you aren't going to insulate the floor and roof and just have insulation between the metal frame, it's going to do little other than keep some of the elements out. 1/4" isn't enough even for a board.

If it was me I'd dig down a bit and lay a floating floor on a DPM.
