Hi the ground floor and first floor in my terraced house are subsided on one side due to the house built on top of a old mine. This subsidence has made the floors in the house subside are slope down to one side. Looking at it i'd say from nothing to about 1 foot it has subsided. Does anyone know a cheap, simple method to put my ground floor and 1st floor level. :?: [/b]

Get the insurance to sort it is the cheapest method !

Gentle drops can be sorted via a pump car jack on a brick or wood base positioned under the dropped joist.

Get the joist level and provide new support at the sub wall point where it's dropped.
