how to paint newly sand and cement render exterior wall

one of my house side wall has been render with sand and cement. And need help with the following;

1. how long do I need to leave it before painting it?
2. there is half tube left of SBR PVA. can I mix it 5:1 and give it one coat before applying the masonry paint
3. any recommendation for paint?
4. it is smooth wall, any recommendation for roll & brush?

Not sure about the time but......don't put sbr pva on it !
