Hi,

I'm having some trouble trying to remove exterior window paint/stain from the rendered window surround, the previous owners decided it was a good idea while painting the windows to also paint the walls at the sides of the windows.

So far I managed to get 1 side of 1 window stripped, I had some nitromors in the garage and it worked a treat, so I went out and bought more, they have changed the recipe for nitromors and it no longer works, it does take some of the paint off but its leaving big patches, i've already used the whole tin I bought and i'm getting nowhere fast with it.

Does anybody have any suggestions how to get this paint off, I was thinking about buying a heat gun and having a go at it with that, the walls texture is slightly rough if that helps any.

Thanks

Nitromors i'm afraid is not the product it was, soften the paint with the heat gun and if you have one remove the softened paint with a pressure washer.
