See if you can see the control manufacturer name , hot tubs are pretty generic so the model number is little use.

I cannot see any manufacturers name on it just the model name SPA332.
I have found a company in China who may make them called J & J Sanitaryware and the name Alabama if that is any help.

Not really, you could probably find a hundred different tubs with your control panel fitted.Have you tried turning off the power completely to see if it resets the controls.?
