how to take footage off cctv

hi,
I have a kguard security system and need to take some footage off the machine for the police but don't know how, can anyone help me

USB drive model is it? Insert a USB stick 2GB at least.
Open the menu on the machine and find the playback feature, find what your looking for and then replay pressing export.

Could work, they all work differently.


You did keep the manual?

Better hurry up too, if this happened a few days ago and you leave it too long the evidence will be overwritten.

PS you have kept the clock and date correct as if wrong the evidence is inadmissible in court.
