Howdens Wall Cabinet - how to fix the bracket

I've 3 wall cabinets to fix and wanted to check how to fit the bracket to the wall.

There is an adjustable clasp in both top corners that tightens onto a bracket secured to the wall. Does this bracket fix horizontally or vertically.

Horizontal look right but I wanted to make sure.

Can anyone help?
