HW no CH

Myson Apollo - no hand book due to leak from pipe. The Red round thing which i believe is called the motor had been changed twice in the last 2 years. The boiler or in the cupboard makes loud noises then banging and then after changing motor is quieter. I know there is an underlying problem so i dont want to just keep changing the motor please advise.

Your boiler is already pretty old!

My guess is that you should get a boiler engineer in to advise.

my guess is you don't know but then again what do us mere iron stranglers know

1 your prob is curculation (mine is spelling)

2 pump might be suspect

3 control gear might be well worth a look

4 could well be sludge in the system
