got a hyundai coupe 2001 got to have the idle valve changed as it is over revving,been booked in on friday.but it has started to judder when driving,its as though you are in to higher gear for speed. for eg can be going at 20mph in 2nd gear and it judders like mad, could this be related to this valve any ideas thanxs

I would say that would be more down to one of the coil packs or the coolant temp sensor

i have a hyundai lantra, with exactly the same symptoms , it was as stated by the other peron ''the coolant temprature sensor '' on mine, changed it, not been a scrap of problem since dave
