icon 23t combi boiler problem

Hello,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me.
I have come back from a few days away to find that my heating and hot water is not working. When i try to draw hot water the boiler fails to fire.

There is no lockout light. it has power and gas.
Any ideas anyone? is there anything I can try before calling an expert?#
