Icon 23t - Heating Issue

Hello all

I hope you can help, i have read a few topics on the Icon 23t boiler but dont think they solve my problem.

I have had the boiler on the 'summer' setting where only hot water works, and has been working fine.

Today turned it to the 'winter' setting where both heating and water should work.
The water still works when turned on.
I have tried the timer on the heat but to make sure it was working i have turned it on constantly to check, but as far as i can tell not working.
Been half an hour now and not heat coming through, yes the raidiators are turned on.
I can see a flame, or hear anything from the boiler.

No am i missing something or should i call up the landlord.....

Check roomstat (if fitted) is calling for heat. If set too low, or room temperature is higher than stat setting then the boiler wont get the call to fire.

Thank you! just turned the stat up and it all kicked into life..... my bad
